Steps to reproduce:
- Create a Database Server
- Setup remote connection user
- "Edit database configuration" feature , set the bind-address like it's described during enabling the remote access
- Database Server is still refusing remote connections completely
After a while I figured out that changing bind-address has no effect at all, since 50-server.cnf is overwriting this value in /etc/mysql/mariadb.conf.d
I don't get how noone among your users are recognizing these bugs, and I have to figure out in my free time :(
