Openresty is a well known distribution, already compiled with everything that most websites require, tested and updated often. To be able to have a server using OpenResty with Ploi should not be that complicated and will offer a boost on performance and extra features without the need of compile your own nginx build. (Some competitors are using openresty even if they do not advertise it). https://openresty.org/en/

However we will be keeping this card for future reference, if it gets more upvotes and traction we will reconsider the suggestion.
