GET /servers/{server}/sites/{site} returns tags, but there is no way to set them. PATCH on the site with tags (array or string) returns 200 and silently ignores the field. POST and PATCH on /sites/{site}/tags return 405. We use tags to group sites (for example all proxy sites), so every new site needs a manual step in the pane
