Currently i belive there is no offical support for upgrading of an OS to the next LTS version and keep ploi working.
For Example and Upgrade from Ubuntu 20.04 LTS to 24.04 LTS
The current documentation tell us to install a new server and perfom a site migration. It would be good to have post upgrade scripts that could run after a OS upgrade and a way to inform ploi which LTS version is running.
Support for upgrading OS to next LTS version.
