Hi Ploi team,
I think I've hit a scheduling bug with backups.
Setup: I created several fresh database and file backups, each set to "Each night" with a custom, staggered "Next backup time" between 22:00 and 23:00 UTC to spread the load. The backups were created across multiple servers, comprised both database and sites backups, all to the same DigitalOcean Space. Each backup was run mannually after setup to ensure it worked - this is all ran as expected.
What happened: on the first night each backup ran at its set time as expected, but then ran a second time around 01:00-02:00 UTC. Checking this morning, every backup's "Next backup time" has reverted to 01:00 - none retained the staggered time I set at creation.
Expected: the custom time persists for subsequent nightly runs. The field's own help text states it's for distributing backups to prevent them running simultaneously.
Actual: it reverts to the 01:00 default, so all backups now converge on 01:00 and run together and it caused duplicate nightly runs/uploads to my remote (DigitalOcean Spaces).
Thanks, Caleb
