It would be nice if there was a "Commands" tab where you can run commands in your site's directory directly.

This one could be related with a core request that was about the option to add custom commands into the core dashboard for clients.
If we could "save" those commands, as buttons on core for the users to click and run (and add some ploi variables into them to make them perfect), it could expand the core functionality and at the same time customise it for each of us.
I talked about that on this core request:
"Could be an option to write down a command for the button, that will be run on cli on the site, for example."
