Bug: The site is not shown in the list to link to the Docker app after a previous Docker app that had the site linked was removed without unlinking it first.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a site.
2. Create a Docker app.
3. Link the site to the Docker app.
4. Remove the Docker app.
5. Try to link the previously linked site to another Docker app.
6. The site is not shown in the list and is not linked to any Docker app.

Workaround:
1. Delete the Site and recreate it.
3. Now is showing while trying to link the Site to the Docker app.
