Steps to reproduce:
1. Add table exclusions to database backup
2. Save
3. Edit -> no table exclusions shown

Unsure if the exclusions are saved or not, or if it's just a display bug.

Now displays on ones I had saved before. 
But if I re-save, it doesn't work?
