Currently, a notification is sent after every failed backup attempt. This can lead to excessive notifications and make it difficult to prioritize more critical alerts.

**Suggestion:**
Implement a feature that allows users to receive notifications only after two or more consecutive failed backup attempts.

**Justification:**
This feature would help reduce notification fatigue and allow users to focus on more urgent matters, improving overall user experience.
