Zero Downtime Deployment - Failed Deployments are marked as active, however they are not. It's a small thing but a bit misleading.

Well, I have failed deployments due to rsync errors. I don't know how to trigger failed deployments otherwise. Maybe "exit 1" ?

How come do you have failed deployments due to rsync errors? What command are you running?
