When set to create a mysql server, it may have an option to set the configuration to dedicated, allowing mysql to automatically optimize the server for better performance.

I am referring to a server, whether dedicated or VPS, but that the settings are optimized for MySQL, activating the feature "innodb_dedicated_server" for example, and with the insights, suggest improvements and settings better performance of the MySQL server.
