# Import / Export database Tools

Hi guys,

I think it could be an awesome feature to get the ability to Import and export a database.
We can do this with multiple dump format like zip, sql or other.
Actually we have to do this directly on the server (or with phpmyadmin but it not recommended for a large database)

We're not going to have an upload on Ploi for this because of security reasons. The best way anyway which is much safer is to use a client like TablePlus or SequelPro.

Web clients are unstable/unreliable for these kinds of things.
