# Memcached is not available in PHP

What makes you think it's not available? It's being installed for sure.

Hi,
I can’t see any sign of memcached in phpinfo by default. Also, my php framework uses MemCached class which is not available. I had to install php-memcached package (if I remember well) , and now I see memcached in my phpinfo.
