Currently there is no way to set up a server without Supervisor, or set up a Web Server without Memcached and Redis. This could be solved with a couple of options on the server creation page (to either install or skip these services) and some options on the server's Manage page to uninstall services that are no longer required. This could be expanded to all other services that come pre-installed without any option to skip or uninstall
