Different Custom Text on Suspended Sites

Could the custom text for suspended sites be different for each site rather than the same on every site.
The field is there to add custom text for each site but when you update one it overwrites the previous custom text from any sites which are currently suspended.
It would also be good to be able to add a custom design to the suspended page

They are now separate per site! We're thinking about custom design.
