Change favicon during deployment

I like how the page title changes to "Deploying 🚀" when a deployment is in progress, it's very handy for knowing when a deployment is complete, without having to open the tab.
However, I often have a lot of tabs open so the page title isn't visible. It would be ace if it could change the favicon to signal an active deployment. Perhaps even to an emoji? css-tricks.com/emojis-as-favicons/
It would extra cool would be if it could briefly change to a different emoji/icon to indicate a successful/failed deployment. 😀

Bit bigger, more contrast and a wider stroke added, just to make it a bit more clear as the final favicon would be quite small.

We’re planning on more:
- Red icon when failed and will stay red until successful deployment
- Purple while deploying
- Green for 5 seconds upon successful deployment
- Blue for default
