Ability to find sites without backups enabled

Until it's possible for file backups to be enabled by default for each new site, it would be really helpful if there was a way to check that all sites had backups enabled.

Maybe on the main Sites screen, a new filter for "Only sites without backups enabled" filter could be added?

And/or add an icon to each site entry to show if it has backups enabled.

This would make it easy to quickly check that all important sites have backups enabled.

P.S. Love the new "Backups" screen! Maybe a way of displaying sites without backups could be added here?
