Set server timezone

It would be good to have the facility to easily change a server's timezone. We came across an issue recently which required us to ensure the timezone was set correctly so that MySQL timestamps were accurate.

Yeah that would be great, it might be a nice touch to use your profile timezone as a default selected option.
