Monitoring improvements

❌ If the CPU is high for a second or two, it might not be significant. But I need to know if it's time to panic, which could happen if it spikes for 10, 20, 30 seconds, or more.

It would be nice to have monitoring usage for the last 24 hours. Ideally, even up to 7 days. Currently it is limited to 6 hours only.

Also have the possibility to check the usage every minute (like AWS CloudWatch) instead of every 5 minutes. This is important for RAM usage.
