Add more details to monitoring alert push notifications

Currently, monitoring alert push notifications only tell you the name of the server.

Could they also please include:

  • the resource has hit the threshold (e.g. disk/cpu/ram)
  • the current % that resource is at
  • the set threshold for the resource

Notifications via Pushover already display these details. See screenshot:

May I also suggest that the server name be moved to be the first thing in the notification, instead of the last?

e.g. the title of the notification could be:

{SERVERNAME} Monitoring Alert
