Quick deploy with organization repository fails

Seems that repositories from organizations cannot enable quick deploy, it returns a 404.

I ran into this problem... not sure if it's 100% related to this issue but may help. My Github user only had write access to the organisation repository but after upgrading it to admin on the Github "Manage Access" tab in the repo then I was able to enable quick deploy. Not all organisation users automatically have access to the repository so maybe a better error message would help in this case?
